At Peculiar Element, we stand behind the quality of our 30-Day Guided Men's Journal. Because our physical products are custom printed on-demand and shipped using the Amazon KDP distribution network, we utilize the following guidelines for returns and refunds:

#### 📦 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Physical Items
If your journal arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective due to production or shipping errors, we will gladly make it right. 
* **Timeframe:** Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
* **Process:** Email us at peculiarelement.com with your order number and a clear photo showing the damage or misprint. 
* **Resolution:** Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement copy to be printed and shipped to you at absolutely no additional cost, or issue a full refund.

#### 🔄 Change of Mind (Physical Journals)
Because each physical book is custom printed individually on-demand at the time of purchase, we cannot accept standard returns or exchanges for a change of mind once printing has begun. Please review the product photos and internal layout spreads carefully before placing your order.

#### 📥 Digital Products & Free Downloads
All digital products, including our "Day 1 Sample Spread PDF" (whether free or purchased), are delivered instantly via email link. Because these assets are immediately accessible and cannot be physically returned, all digital downloads are strictly **non-refundable and final sale**.
